You've researched and have jotted down your ideas and have a good grasp on your dream project. Once you contact our office we will get a bit of info from you and schedule our in person meeting.
Upon meeting we will gather measurements, photos, and take notes. You can describe the end result, show drawings, open up Pinterest, brainstorm, or just give us a general idea of what you would like to accomplish. We will ask questions and make sure we have a solid understanding of your wishes.
With the information in hand, our crew will start the proposal process. We then will begin constructing a written detailed plan with project drawings and design materials that were included in our initial meeting, ensuring everything is exactly how you described to the best of our ability. Our team will research zoning, product availability, and current market to build a budget and timeline that works for you.
Once all parties are in agreement on the project proposal with a deposit, we will begin ordering materials, apply for permitting, and prepping your work site for construction. We will oversee all the different trades, give weekly updates, send progress pictures, and most importantly, keeping the line of communication open between us and the customer.
